Phenomenon
Small holes appear on the film.
Cause
A. Solvent evaporates quickly and makes holes during drying.
B. Application in hot and humid condition.
C. Using improper thinner.
D. Improper preparation of primer. (e.g. holes in putty)
Repair
Remove or sand the damaged area and refinish.
Prevention
A. Do not apply thickly at once.
B. In case of heat drying, take a waiting time and rise the temperature slowly.
C. Use thinner according to the temperature.
